On these weekends you can visit us on a Saturday for an in-depth tour of the Rovira Regenerativa project and hands-on learning in the vineyard. Youth Exchange for Earth Activists 8-16 Nov 2025
This will be a ten day training, covering Deep Ecology, Living the Questions, Falling in Love with the Future, and Permaculture Design. We will dive deeply into Why we love the complexity and beauty of life on this planet, how we can hold a vision of the future we want, and how Permaculture Design can help us get there. On-site manager job opportunity
Join us at Boodaville, a permaculture project and natural classroom in rural Spain. We’re looking for an on-site manager to live at the project, oversee logistics, and support our events 11 days per month (with additional pay). ✅ Monthly stipend + use of vehicle and facilities ✅ No responsibility for the ESC volunteers ✅ Extra paid days for permaculture event coordination. (This work is commission-based, with payment depending on the type of event and the number of participants. You’ll have the opportunity to increase your income by helping promote the events) ✅ Ideal for someone skilled in Permaculture Design with solid practical experience Be part of a regenerative, community-focused lifestyle.
