Boodaville is a permaculture project and natural classroom located in rural Spain, dedicated to promoting a regenerative, community-centered lifestyle.
💼 Position Overview
We are seeking a Resident Site Manager to live on-site at the project, oversee daily logistics, and support our events for 11 days per month.
📋 Responsibilities
- Reside permanently at the project
- Oversee daily project logistics
- Support and coordinate permaculture events (11 days per month with additional compensation)
- Manage project facilities and resources
- Promote and facilitate events to increase participation
💰 Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend
- Use of vehicle and project facilities
- No responsibility for managing ESC (European Solidarity Corps) volunteers
- Additional paid days for permaculture event coordination (commission-based pay depending on event type and number of participants)
- Opportunity to increase earnings by actively promoting events
✨ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in Permaculture Design (PDC or equivalent training)
- Strong hands-on experience in permaculture projects
- Ability to live and work independently in a rural environment
- Management, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for regenerative living and community
🔄 Selection Process
- Assessment visit: Period from March to May 2026 to visit the project and assess mutual compatibility.
- Trial period: Before the official start of the full position
